Account Deletion Request

How to request deletion

1. Email support@ismgenius.com from your account email address.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your ISMGenius account email and a clear statement requesting deletion.

We may request a quick identity verification step before processing deletion, to protect users from unauthorized account removal.

What data is deleted

• Profile/account record (email-linked account metadata).
• Saved projects, feedback versions, and uploaded assignment/rubric files tied to your account.
• Detection scan history and related generated outputs linked to your account.

What may be retained

• Transaction and billing records required for legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.
• Minimal operational logs required for security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

Retained records are limited to what is legally required and are not used to restore account access.

Retention timing

We aim to complete account-deletion requests within 30 days. Data that must be retained for legal or security reasons may be kept only for the required retention period under applicable law.
